University Fellowships

The university is proud to offer several merit-based fellowships to new degree-seeking graduate students. Each year, incoming graduate students who apply by the Fall Priority admissions deadline are eligible for university fellowship consideration. The College of Graduate Studies has transformed UCF's graduate merit fellowships for award packages starting fall 2010. Among the most prestigious awards are the new Trustees and Presidential Doctoral Fellowships. Both fellowships provide four years of support (including a fellowship stipend, tuition support, and health insurance coverage) to the most qualified doctoral applicants to the institution.

In a continuing effort to support the research efforts of our graduate students, the university provides over $100,000 per academic year in travel funding to master's, specialist, and doctoral students who deliver a research paper or comparable creative activity at a professional meeting. For information about the criteria applicants for this award must meet, please see Graduate Travel Fellowships.
